For complaints, please contact us, and let us know in the subject line of your email that it’s a complaint.
We take your feedback seriously and encourage you to reach out if you experience any issues. As recommended by the CQC Healthwatch & GDC (view policy), we ask that patients first seek an informal resolution with me, the owner of the practice. You can voice your concerns verbally or email us directly.
Upon receipt of your complaint, we aim to acknowledge it ideally within 10 working days, though there is no strict timeframe set by either the CQC or GDC. Following acknowledgment, we will thoroughly investigate your concerns and provide a response. During the complaint process, we may use various communication methods to ensure clarity and resolution.
Our CEO and head dentist, Dr. Leland Chong, responsible for managing complaints with support from our head nurse. If you’re not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you have the right to contact the regulatory body mentioned in the policy or visit the CQC website directly.

The iTero 5D+ intraoral scanner in our practice represents the forefront of dental technology, offering fast, accurate, and comprehensive oral scans. This non-invasive technology improves patient comfort and enhances treatment planning.
Additionally, our practice acknowledges the importance of a comfortable and relaxing environment. With roof-mounted TV screens featuring Netflix, patients can enjoy entertainment and a soothing distraction during their treatments — great if you have any anxiety about getting dental work done.
