Here are our simple terms of service for dental treatment.

By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, so please read them carefully and check the book to indicate you have understood and accepted each part of the agreement.

This will help us get you the dental treatment you'd like without any hiccups along the way.

You will be taken to the booking form once you have accepted our terms.

1. Realistic Expectations Agreement

I understand that while the practice aims to provide the highest quality care, dental outcomes cannot be guaranteed as perfect, and variations from ideal results are sometimes unavoidable.

2. Behavioral Standards

I agree to adhere to the following behavioral standards:

To be respectful and considerate to all staff and other patients.
To not engage in any disruptive behavior that could interfere with the provision of care to other patients.
To not engage in any behavior that could be construed as harassment, bullying, or discrimination.

Failure to comply with these standards may result in denial of service.

3. Communication of Concerns

If you have any concerns or complaints, please let us know as soon as possible. We take all concerns and complaints seriously, and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Please note that the minimum age for patients is 16 years old. We are unable to see patients under the age of 16.

I would like to share my gratitude and appreciation for the barbican dental centre, specifically Dr Leland Chong, for providing an excellent service every time I’ve visited. I have been through a rough period of dental pains and infections, missing teeth etc, and I’ve felt safe and comfortable every time. I have seen Dr Leland Chong, who saw me when I was in excruciating pain! That initial visit he stopped my pains and discussed with me what my issues were and follow up consultation and treatment. I was fully informed about all problems that I had. Dr Leland fitted my amazing crown. Outstanding service! Communication all the way exceeded my expectations! To honest I can’t thank you enough! Dr Carl did my root canal procedure he was outstanding. I felt not pain. Dr Leland, Dr Carl and all the dental nurses and receptionist were all amazing.5*!

Absolutely amazing! Always had a fear of dentist and refused to go and would of rather suffer the pain of a toothache, but then I came here and that fear has gone out of the window. My dentist (Leland Chong) is absolutely incredible, he’s gentle and Reassuring he doesn’t do anything unless you’re 100% ready and not judge mental, I now am happy to just walk in and have work done without feeling overwhelmed or like I’m going to pass out. I even had root canal done (CARL AGYEMAN) and honestly didn’t feel a thing even once it was done I didn’t have a single problem nor any pain. I would give 10 stars ⭐️ if you could! Definitely recommend.

This enables us to carry out precise dental diagnostics, ensuring that we can plan and execute treatments with the highest level of precision. It also has OPG (Orthopantomogram) capabilities, making it ideal for clear aligner assessments.

The iTero 5D+ intraoral scanner in our practice represents the forefront of dental technology, offering fast, accurate, and comprehensive oral scans. This non-invasive technology improves patient comfort and enhances treatment planning.

Additionally, our practice acknowledges the importance of a comfortable and relaxing environment. With roof-mounted TV screens featuring Netflix, patients can enjoy entertainment and a soothing distraction during their treatments — great if you have any anxiety about getting dental work done.
